This is an entry level career opportunity at out location at our 833 W. Randolph location in Chicago, IL. Looking for an experienced pastry cook to assist the Executive Pastry Chef and In-House Baker in preparing daily baked goods and confections at a multi-unit venue featuring three celebrated restaurants on Restaurant Row. You will plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products in all areas of the Pastry/Baking Dept. to include, but not limited to pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, jams, displays/centerpieces in accordance with departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
